Deposit Refund Policy
Due to our business model, where customers select their preferred products during live streams and have them reserved and stored, please note the following deposit refund terms:

Within 7 days: Deposits are fully refundable.

7 to 14 days: Only 50% of the deposit is refundable (as the selected products cannot be sold to other customers during the reservation period). Alternatively, you may choose to receive products equivalent to the deposit amount paid.

Beyond 14 days: Deposits are non-refundable. You may either receive products equivalent to the deposit amount paid or forfeit the deposit.
If you decide not to complete the full payment for your order, please inform the host. We will then ship the products corresponding to the deposit amount you have paid.
