Deposit Refund Policy

Due to our business model, where customers select their preferred products during live streams and have them reserved and stored, please note the following deposit refund terms:

  • Within 7 days: Deposits are fully refundable.

  • 7 to 14 days: Only 50% of the deposit is refundable (as the selected products cannot be sold to other customers during the reservation period). Alternatively, you may choose to receive products equivalent to the deposit amount paid.

  • Beyond 14 days: Deposits are non-refundable. You may either receive products equivalent to the deposit amount paid or forfeit the deposit.

If you decide not to complete the full payment for your order, please inform the host. We will then ship the products corresponding to the deposit amount you have paid.

Return Policy

If the item you receive is damaged during shipping or has parts detached or missing, please contact our customer service team via email promptly to inform us of the situation. We will provide a reasonable solution based on your specific circumstances.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at miaochenglong@hotmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
